not only during our team building events, but also
beyond.
That's why we proudly support the Kovalam Surfclub in
India, an inspiring project that gives young people a
future through surfing
Water plays a special role for us:
it connects, moves and brings people together.
We see the same power in this project,
and that is precisely why we have a soft spot for it.
The Kovalam Surfclub, located in a fishing village in
South India, gives young people from vulnerable families
new opportunities through surfing.
The club operates on a simple but powerful
principle: whoever wants to surf must also go to school.
In this way, the project promotes education,
self-confidence and structure.
The surf club is part of the NGO SISP, which works
for education and social care in the region.
Here, girls also get extra opportunities to
development, both on and off the water.
Skating is central to their lives: their skateboarding
adventures have become legendary.
Netflix, among others, picked up on this evolution
and made it known around the world with “Skater Girl”.
It is a place where young people literally and figuratively
learn to stay upright on the waves or skate ramps of life.
For every team building organized with us,
we donate an amount to this organization.
In this way, together with our clients, we contribute
to more opportunities, more self-confidence and
more waves of change.
